Will this work on my specific BMW?
If your car was built from 2004 onwards and has factory navigation, yes. We cover every iDrive generation: CCC, CIC, NBT, NBT EVO, MGU iDrive 7/8/9. Use the chassis selector on the homepage — if your model appears in the dropdown, we have your maps.
Are these genuine BMW maps?
Yes — bit-for-bit identical to what your BMW dealer installs. Same HERE cartography, same routing data, same signed manifest files. Your car cannot tell the difference because there is no difference.
How long does installation take?
20–45 minutes depending on your iDrive version. Older NBT systems take longest; iDrive 8/9 is fastest. The car needs to stay on (engine running or charger connected) the entire time. We include a step-by-step PDF in every order.
What if it doesn't work?
98% of orders install first time. If you hit a problem, WhatsApp us — we typically resolve issues in 10 minutes. If we can't solve it remotely, we refund 100%, no questions asked, within 30 days.
Do I need an FSC code?
If your car is on NBT or NBT EVO (roughly 2012–2018), yes. We generate the FSC code for your VIN within 1 hour of order. MGU systems (iDrive 7+) don't need FSC. The product page tells you what's required.
How is your price so much lower than the dealer?
Dealers charge 1–2 hours of labour plus showroom overhead. We just ship the file — same product, no labour, no markup. You do the 30-minute install yourself with our guide.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship USBs worldwide via DHL Express — typically 3–6 business days. For most regions you can also choose instant download (no USB needed) if your car supports SD-card or USB-stick install yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30 days, full refund, no questions. The only condition is you give us a chance to fix the problem first. We'd rather get your car running than process refunds.
